 Do you realize that denial of a medical necessary service either by a insurance company, prescriber or Pharmacist... can be considered patient/Senior abuse ?

Do you know  that over 50% of the patients who appeal a denial of coverage, get their requested service(s) paid for? 

Why is this allowed to happen... because "sick patients" often do not have the physical/mental strength to fight for their rights.

Doesn't make any difference,  if the denial of care involves a prescription being filled  at the community pharmacy,  nursing home patient, or hospital  patient
